Bad service and very poor communication

Title: Unacceptable Delay from MBD Attorneys – Paid-Up Letter Still Outstanding

I am highly dissatisfied with the service I have received from MBD Attorneys. I fully settled my account, including the final settlement amount of R8,445.39, after a 35% discount was confirmed. My total payments (R13,000 + R2,000 + R8,445.39) were made in good faith to close the account.

Since 28 August 2025, I have been requesting my paid-up letter to confirm closure, but despite numerous follow-ups, I am still waiting. This continued delay is completely unprofessional and shows no regard for clients who have honoured their obligations.

The lack of communication, urgency, and accountability has caused me huge frustration. MBD Attorneys is quick to demand payment, yet when a client settles the account, they fail to provide the most basic proof of closure.

I expect my paid-up letter to be issued immediately. This level of poor service is unacceptable, and if not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
