Bad service and big *****, unprofessional

Bad service for Mbda I have paid up my account before lock down. I have been waiting for a paid up letter since April til today when I call thy keep put me Tru different departments until they drop the phone in my ear.keep tell ***** tht I will get the letter the next day which never happens
