Bad service and bad attitude

Discussing why i could not pay my debts... simply because I'm unemployed and i try to make payments with the little i have. I tell them i should get a job soon and from next month i will be able to pay but instead mbd tells me that I am not willing to pay because I am able to pay other accounts but not mbd. Personally I dnt think mbd should handle this issue because they are so confusing as to the diffent account numbers theey send me for payments. Now they hang up on me while we are talking because they assume that I don't want to pay. How can I bot want to pay when I don't have money and also have other responsibilities i have a baby which will be born next month there are things I need to focus on and also trying hard to get a job which i finally found and tried to explain to mbd that from next month i will be able to make payments properly and I expect them to understand because we all human and I'm not even hiding from them. Instead the lady hangs up on me. So now what should I do??
