BAD SERVICE ABSA & MDB

This MBD agent is very arrogant. They phone you from Lickey Spam, and as soon as you answer the phone, they drop it in your ear. I have sent them the proof that payments is done still they will send you an arrogant sms and told you that your payment is abandoned how is it possiable? I am really had it with this company ABSA must decided which company they want to use we can not pay 3 different company for one account. But if ABSA want to been allocated with this bad company they must go for it I am not going to do anymore payment till ABSA sort this out. The phone number they use: *** and my id no is *** just after you have phone them and that you have arrangement for the payment they send you SMS and told you that you have to phone them to arrange payment how the hell is they working. Please I have it with MBD they can know go to hell for that I care but no payment will been done before ABSA have sort this **** out. Thanks
