BAD SERVICE

This is pathetic, I have logged a complaint on the 22 December till today I am still waiting for a feedback, the last. the only thing I got was an email to acknowledge my email but they never responded<br> I am still awaiting a letter which show the amount handed over by MTN to them to collect as MTN has closed the account, so I want to know which account are they collecting for. MTN even allocated my account number and cell number to someone already because they don't have they account under my name, not even MTN Legal.
