bad service

It is the most unprofessional people that I have ever worked with!! I am paying my Vodacom and Cell C account with them every month and every month they are calling me to find out when am I going to make a payment and every time I tell them that I did make a payment and they keep on saying they haven't received anything. I have asked them for an email address so that I can email the proof through to them and when they eventually gave me an email address the thing is not working and NOBODY is coming back to a person. And then they have the edacity to phone a person on a Saturday just after 7h00 in the morning. And when I ask to speak to a manager or someone high up they put the phone done in my ear. Their service is pathetic!!!
