Bad service

I paid off my virgin active account and thuworth account but still get harassed. Do charge you for every call, sms, e-mail and letter to make a quick buck even though it's not necessary. please stop calling me for the same account and send me my paid up letter and update via ITC please,their customer serivice is just not GOOD </span></p>
