bad service

I just caled the cal centre now for mbd attorneys and i must say their service is putrid. firstly when you call you cant even get through the number rings and te call gets cut. when you finally speak to someone they cant assist you or everyone gives you different stories. Im struggling with this call centre since yesterday and my request is simple i need a settlement letter. I paid my settlement amount in full but i was told there is a short fall because interest is calculated daily. I now just want to pay the shortfall but i cant even get anyone to send me the letter so this means interest is still being added on while waiting for them. from my understanding they dont want me to settle the account in full because they going to lose out on the interest charges and it beneits them for the account to stay open
