BAD SERVICE!!!!

I paid my account in October 2023 and they told me that i will receive my paid up letter within 7 days, i waited for 2 weeks just to give them enough time then i tried to contact them again, they informed me that the paid up letter has already been requested on my behalf but i still haven't received it i don't how many times i called those people but I'm still sitting here without my paid up letter and the worst part they did not even update the account on credit bureau it is still appearing on my credit report
