Bad service

I had clothing accounts that were handed over or rather sold to Mbd, I settled all those accounts on the 31st of March 2015 and I was promise that it will be updated on itc within 7 to 14 working days on itc that the accounts have been paid up, that has not happend and ever I call the customer care I'm told the same things that the matter will be sorted within 7 days but nothing has happend as yet.
