Bad Service

Unbelievable how bad their service level is, I have to beg for statements and I don't receive them. I have just got off the phone with them after a 20 minute call asking if they can reduce my debit due to fund issues and they said no, when I proceeded to explain to them that I will just reverse the debit they just cut the call on me.

When I am contacted by them after reversing the debit on my side, I hope I have a little more patience than they did. I paid well over what was required each month and they never did what I asked once.
