Bad representation

We have been receiving calls from MBD attorneys for a while now for staff members. For the past 2 days our receptionist has been sworn at by their call centre agents for explaining that as a business we do not allow personal calls. This is unacceptable, their staff need to be monitored because it seems like the calls came from 2 different people in these 2 days
