BAD LAW FIRM

The worst legal firm ever in South Africa, I don't know why big companies are using them in the first place, its been two days now I can't get help with my account. I have been calling approximately hours and bear in mind that the call cost and I am not working and and I am calling to discuss. my account I want to settle, right now I am getting sent from pillar to post with these numbers ***, ***, ***,***, ***. by the names of Lindiwe, Mabuntle, Gabriel, constance and forgot the others, this is the stupid firm shame I am sorry I hope in future not to deal with this firm again. I even left numerous voice messages still not reply.
