Bad irresponsible debt collecting agency mbd
Since MBD took over my debts which I pay every month they constantly send letters requesting payment When I send proof of payments and request a response they constantly treat me with contempt I’ve asked for statements but I get none They haven’t been paying the money properly over to the account I owe as they say I haven’t payed but I have proof They manage the account very badly They are unprofessional They get you into more trouble

Yet again still sending demand letters for August 23, even though proof of payment was forwarded on a number of occasions revealing 2 payments of over 100% of agreed amount
Not only that have continously sent proof of a November payment which somehow is missing from my payment statement
They fail to respond , even have asked for updated statement no response
