Bad customer service

I sent an email last week reporting retrenchment, i sent an email to avhapfanim, this email address i was given by the consultant i dealt with when i reported retrenchment. Today i am receiving threatening emails regarding payment. Do you not have recording system to check client profile before sending them threatening emails? I am waiting for UIF to process funds, to return to UIF on the 11th September.I will process payment as soon as labour has paid. I have res-send the documents again to *** and *** ( affidavit, 3months bank statement and retrenchment letter). MBD Attorneys. please understand that, no one being in a right mind of state would want to see himself or herself being handed over. Right now i have been retrenched, and i have been in between jobs. I did not choose to loose my job, i did not choose to have been retrenched. Your consultant when they phoned asking when is the next payment they are abusing us on the phones, they treat us like of piece of trash, as if we are running away from our own obligations. We did not choose to be have been handed over, you do not know our circumstances why we ended up being handed over. Can you also please restructure the script you gave to your consultants when they phone us. No one will never give strangers their personal details over the phone, even if they say they are calling from MBD Attorneys. People commit *****, pretending to be calling from certain institutions. Hence i have requested not be called because i am not going to verify my details with anyone over the phone. Please come with some innovating ways of your consultants to talk to people over the phone. It does mean if we have been handed over you can abuse us, disrespect us, belittle us, treating us like hooligans.
