BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called MBD credit solutions, all my calls were dropped ,some of the consultants were rude, didnt have a clue on how to assist a customer, even when they answer,they just say hello , no introduction whatsoever, its like you called outerspace or some planet were they dont know telephone attequite
