Bad company
Been trying again to get hold of this company I'm not getting no statements from them as requested.
I also changed my number online but I'm still not getting any SMS or emails from you guys, why is it so hard to get in touch with your company the customer agents drop the line whenever you call in.
I just need my number to be updated and also direct debit date to be changed as you guys keep on taking the money early out of my account without informinge, my direct debit date is for the 27th but you keep on taking my money out on the 23th without without informing me
