Bad Billing
I have an account that i am trying to settle with Foschini, In july my balance it was R8350 of which i paid R1000.00 and in August i paid R500,00 but whe i called in to request the balance now in September my balance is R8200, how is this possible. how much are your interest because even the banks they do not have such interest. instead of the amount being reduced the amount keeps going up and you do not even send out statement.
