Bad attitude from MBD Credit Solutions agents

Hi MBD Credit Solutions, Will you please let your agents know that we not their kids. We are adults and we would like to be treated with respect. I just called their call centre regarding my MTN account and i wanted to make payment arrangements. Tjoo the attitude,and the girl ended up cutting d call on me cos i was giving her what she gave me and more. My issue is not resolved,what if i call again and i get to another unwelcoming agent. Its been months trying to deal with this,till this day i haven't been winning.
