Bad Attitude and WON'T Assist

I am at my ends with MBD I have decided to fill in a compliant forms against this company. I know been harassed by stating that I owe STD Blue Bean account which was handed over in December 2017 I believe I have made arrangement for this payment but when I try and talk to Adele or what ever her name is she put the phone down on my ear. No reply back from my emails or my calls
