Bad Administration

<p>My acc capitec acc was handed over to MBD in 2011, I paid the acc in full in 2015. On the 25 August 2015 i went to Capitec bank in Parow told me that i still owe some money. They called MBD and MBD cofirmed that the acc was paid in full and they sent the proof to the bank, the consultent showed me the letter and told me that she was going to send it to head office so tha they can clear my name. Within the next week i received sms's from MBD demanding a payment. I still dont understand why i still owe money i know that the acc was paid in full in 2012.</p>
