bad admin

<p>I had 2 seperate acounts at Cell C whitc got handed over to MBD Attorneys. It is clear that they don't know what's going on with my accounts. They sent me a referance telling me that I ow them R181.00 witch would be the last payment. After paying them the R181.00 I received an sms telling me that I didn't honour my agreement by paying an outstanding amount of R81.00. When they called me they said that I payed R81.00 to much on the other acount and that I must pay them The outstanding amount of R81.00. When I asked them why cant they just transfer the R81.00 over to the other acount they said that they can't do that. And that I have to go to the bank and ask them to transfer the money to the other account. I can't see how this is my problem after I paid every cent in all the accounts and according to theire given references. Now they're threatening me with ****her action if I don't pay. Why is it my problem when they are sleeping on the job. I've clearly asked them on differant occasions if every thing is order and on whitch acconts do I still ow money on witch they rep**** that it is only one account of R181.00 standing</p>
