I have notice they like sending sms's to threaten a person. If one request an email or a call back. Nothing gets done at all! This is very frustrating and annoying. I have asking of them to request my bank account info from Vodacom and call me back to confirm it. It was does not at all. Now your office is demanding for money. I will take this up with Vodacom directly rather. You guys got time to play with people's hard earn money. The economy is already so ****
