Ayanda Molefe is extremely rude

If I could give negative stars I would. I cannot believe how ridiculously people get treated when trying to settle debt. Imagine calling, emailing, sending WhatsApps for MONTHS with 0 response, then getting a random call on your work phone where you get offered 70% discount but only if you pay that week,I then make a plan to get the money and I try get hold of them to find out how to receive the discount as the agent who called and offered me this discount did not email me as she agreed to do, then I FINALLY get hold of someone today and the rudest most unhelpful person on the planet is obviously the person I get hold of Ayanda Molefe who refuses to assist with the discount and going so far as to say NO ONE will help me and NO ONE can help me and she will not advise who her supervisors are, just says they don't take calls. All I am trying to do -which I have been trying for months with no success to do- is pay my debt with the discount I was offered but have not been able to obtain due to this company's complete incompetence.
