Awaiting Settlement Letter

Being out of the country, coming back to sort my financial life out. mbd Credit solution was one last company for me to be debt free.

I received numerous calls from them till October we finally agreed on a 35% discount to settle the account. I was given an email to forward the proof of payment till today no feedback has been made, after 29 emails sent of PROOF OF PAYMENT, Trust I've followed on the payment till today which I can say I've know spend over R500 of airtime holding for managers or being transferred to accounts.

The call center keeps on calling and I request to speak to useless managers whom keep giving me invalid emails Venessa, Cheetah even with valid emails I still don't get feed back. I'm furious that these people have my money with them and when the stupid call center calls they don't have interactions of the last call or any updates on my profile, which I have to initiate my profile from scratch again and again and again.

Know a company by SBK, which mbd has sold financial books too, are boiling me up with what MBD has been doing for past months. The same run arounds with Mbd are with SBK.

How does the law protects us, know that we have settled their accounts but the debt collectors are abusing our financial profiles.
