Awaiting prescription letters

This mbd is the worst I have old mutual accounts that are prescribed Ive asked numerous times for them to send me a letter just for proof that these accounts are prescribed they keep saying that I need to send them emails claiming prescription but to this day I don't get anything from them they are keeping me from financial freedom and I'm fed up with them.
