Awaiting Paid Up Later
I have been requesting a paid up letter for days now and have not gotten any assistance. I was told that I had to give them 48hrs and over 72 hours has passed since then. You struggle to get through to their telephone lines but they can harass you and call you in the middle of the night or on weekends. Their service is poor and consultants are of no help at all!!!!
