Atrocious and Pathethic Customer Care

Since last Year I have been getting calls from MBD legal collections stating that I owe them money due to my Truworths account that was in arrears with R9590.00. I told them that I Am under Debt Review at Help U Debt Counselors and that I am making swift payments to them every single month and they are the paying relevant company in which I owe money. Ever since I have been getting sms's and calls stating that I need to pay my account as I am overdue and further action will be taken against me if I do not settle my account. I finally decided to go to truworths to escalate the problem to Truworth SA due to the fact that my Debt counselors have confirmed and showed me on my own SA Credit score that I do Not owe any party or 3rd party for that matter because the account has been closed. The more I tried explaing it to MBD the more they started hassling me with the payment that needs to be made and even if i sent through my proof that there is no oustanding amount their words to me is that it does not matter. I must still make my payment. Every single day I get harassment from the MDB legal collections department. The staff is disrespectful and does seem to care to assist in closing a account in which i am starting to think this company is a ***** and just wants to make money from people who accounts has been closed for years. After I confirmed with my debt counselors and Truworths SA that I do not owe them every single person I have ever spoken to gets cheeky with me and therefor I loose my temper because they keep on pushing and pushing for money I do not owe at all to a creditor they are proclaiming that I owe. This is absolutely pathetic and I will elevate this further if something is not done in order to take my name off there systems.
