Atrocious and appalling service, agents are clueless

These people/ agents do not know what they are doing.

They instruct you to pay an amount by a certain date, don't send you details and are not clear with their instructions, now that **** hits the fan, they remove themselves from what's going on and you have to run around to restore your own reputation. The most disgusting service I have ever come across. I want someone to get in contact with me, either call or email because I want my account to be settled before this month is over. I have done my bit by paying and I need the harassment of smses to stop. This company is working on my nerves big time.
