Ashley from MBD has an attitude problem

I received a call from a Very rude and condescending agent by the name of Ashley who accused me of “eating” Fnb’s money!! I do not appreciate her tone and her condescending attitude. She was shouting on the phone instead of explaining to me what payment arrangement to make.

Ashley from MBD credit solutions has a bad attitude and is rude.

Please resolve this matter urgently
