Arrangements to Woolworths store card

<p>I just want to mention that I got the most terrible service with Mbd call center agents.I called a couple of times to make arrangements to pay my Woolworth store card as it was handed over to them for collections.The call center agents are rude and don't have any understanding,they harass customers.I ended up not being able to make an arrangement as the consultants that I spoke to failed to listen and they talk over customers.Ref: ********** ********** 29.</p>
