ARE THS THE GOOD SERVICES FROM MBD?

I had a loan with CAPITEC since 2017..it was handed over to MBD in 2018,, Now i need my prescription letter and I dont get any help,,they tqke time to answer calls, the time they answer, once u mentiontion prescribed letter they hang my calls,their phones are not answered and emails are not rep****.... Yesterday i wanted to c their reactions, by the time they answered i started by saying im making payment arrangements and thats when they built conversation with me, i tried to secure their conversation and at the end i asked for it nd they i said i must call after 2 minutes,,, they never answered.. i kept on calling, by the time they answered they **** saying im having a judgement since last year.....Their services are very poor
