Are this debt collectors real or ********** ? Beware South African's ...

My virgin active account was handed over to MBD credit solutions in order for them to recovery the amount which i owed to virgin active..I was continuously receiving unstoppable calls from MBD regarding the outstanding amount i owed..On the 6th of June i decided to settle the amount owed in full . Sent my prove of payment to Queries ********** and ********** Its 20 Days later , i have not received any feedback from the company choosen by virgin active to collect what i owed, tried calling a lot of times , failing to get through. This people are quick to point out that one is irresponsible when coming to pay his accounts , but after payment , they go DEAD quite . South Africa 's have to be careful of this debit collectors , if their are genuine or **********...

Once again i will emphasize , MBD legal , are so quick to call you everyday , send messages , call you directly at the office , requesting you to pay your accounts , without any statement provided , you just pay based on what you are told over the phone . Six days later , i'm still waiting for simple request from them " Settlement Letter " of my virgin active account. Why should South African's suffer like this, why can't we settle our accounts directly with the companies we owe. This debt collectors are totally unprofessional, when it comes to provide us with feedback. Still waiting......................
