Are these people trained to deal with people?

Today I received a call from MBD and spoke to someone called Jennifer who claimed that I owed virgin active money. I tried explaining to her that debt was prescribed and it was over 4 years old. She asked if I had sent an email and I said I did too many times. Instead of listening to that fact that it was ******* to collect on prescribed debt this woman hangs up on me!!! ***??? Are these people actually trained and are their calls recorded? What happens with such bad attitude in a company like that? Is it promoted?<br> That is totally disgusting! After numerous emails to MBD no one has ever gotten back to me, what the point of a customer service email address if it is not used?<br> <br> I hope I never ever have to deal with such attitude on MY PHONE again!<br> Lose my numbers I don't owe you a cent!
