Are these attorneys qualified ? Such disrespect!!!

I have an account that is handled by MBD, unfortunatly the company i was working for closed down at the time so i had to start making arrangments to pay of all my debt, i did eventually find another job but my salary was not high enough to cover everything I lost , in any event i faitfully pay the arranged amount monthly and on time to MBD I have never missed a month, why do they call my parents and tell them my entire financial history? my poor old parents . I'm 34 by the way not 18 they even told my parents how much i owed i was so embarresd. Do all the agents call through and give out your personal details. Today they called my work number which is also not listed and when i said to the agent pls call my mobile she responed by saying but why cant you just talk over this line , well mostly cause i share an office with three other ppl and im not allowed to hold up the wrk line. Why did they not atleast try to call my cell, whose given them permission to call my place of wrk and relatives. This is a HUGE invasion of my privacy. What type of attorneys wrk for you? have they not taken the oath upon completing their qualifications. Such disrespect . Please can someone assist me in getting the Ombudsman involved as I keep sending emails and no one responds to me.
