Appauling unprofessional service!

They are so unprofessional. After being harrassed by them for months, I phone to get all the details. The gentleman on the other side asks me to confirm my ID number 5 times, until I read it to him digit for digit. In the background you can hear staff laughing incredibly loudly, talking and raving. Wasting my time, effort and airtime. Then I proceed to phone complaints, but guess who is not at their desks? Complaints!! If you are prepared to harass methe, atleast be prepared to give me good service.
