Appauling customer care

<p>Where to begin..... there shouldnt even be a rating for the disgusting treatment of the way the " call centre agents" handle and speak to people. The way myself and my staff (who have absolutley NO connection with them) were spoken to and belittled. From staff not even being able to tell me the name of the company as it is classified information(what a joke) to the phone being hung up on my ear ,being screamed at and told i am a **** for stating my job title, this company should consider re-evaluating the people they employ.</p> <p> </p> <p>To whoever reads this, i am appauled,and i expect all phone recordings.</p>
