Apparently technologically challenged

<p>After waiting for 2 weeks, I have not received a decent response yet. Two different individuals have contacted me (1 email per person, one even going as far as to say IN THE EMAIL that he is not able to reach me on my email address. GO figure.) The other individual asked for my reference number which I sent through on the 31st of May. I have tried contacting them telephonically where the phone rings for 6-8 minutes without luck. Some of us do actually go to our places of work to DO work, not sit and try contact a so-called professional company which provides absolutely no feedback on mistakes/absolutely no clear communication from their sides. I, again state, you will NOT receive a single cent from me until I have something in writing regarding my numerous queries.</p>
