Appalling behaviour by Shanel/Chanel

I want my Vodacom statement mailed to me, I called several times but this lady pretends not to hear me or she picks and pretends to be sending me through to another department but later cuts me.

I know you will send a one-pager containing the balance and interest. Even though I will appreciate that, I also want a statement from the first month that Vodacom handed my account over to you until now. I believe I have a right to have that.

But there are irregularities on the statement: i mailed Gontse this below after i realized that my balance was more than it should be: "Hi Gontse Okay that's fine, but please balance this. Please check the attached letter which i received in June, with an outstanding balance of R8527.92. After that i paid R500.00 about 6 or 7 times, which means my balance now should be about R5500.00 or R5000.00." She did not reply, i them paid 700.00 after that. I need answers !!!
