Apauling derogatory statement made by employee- called me an IDIOT

Good day

I would like to lodge a complaint against one of your employees who called me @09h45 on 29-04-2020 looking for a “Brandon”. I advise this lady that I do not know a Brandon and stated that I am getting numerous calls about this person.

SHE THEN STATED THAT I SHULD JUST SAY THIS IS THE WRONG NUMBER AND CALLED ME AN IDIOT.

I do not think this is the way she should conduct herself and will be taking this up further with an ombudsman in relation to her conduct.

Please advise steps taken against this individual as I believe all your calls are recorded- you can therefore trace whom this employee of yours is.
