Annoying

This is by far one of the worst collections company on the planet,I had 3 credit providers give me credit while I was under debt review, a case of reckless lending was lodged and we are awaiting the outcome, the letter from the ombudsman was sent to the collections agencies,including MBD, the other collection agencies stopped to respect the process of the Ombudsman,but not MBD, all they are interested in is annoying you with phone calls, I have asked them to stop until the process is done and concluded but no, they just want to annoy you, every phone call I have to explain the same thing, it shows you logic eludes them, all other collection agencies stopped with the calls and also listing to the bureau but not MBD, check your inbox you will see my email with the letter from the ombudsman and stop with your annoying phonecalls,it is harassment realy, and it’s not going to make me pay quicker anyway, no cent will be received from me until the process with the ombudsman is complete
