Annoyed

Can someone please tell me how to get hold of this people ASAP. I had an account with African bank. Which they wrote of my debt because I was not working for so many years. In order to clear my name I was told to get the prescribed letter from MBD. I phoned them and was told to send email to ***. I've been trying to gel hold of these people for the past 3 days just to make sure they got the email I send .
