I am writing to formally dispute an entry on my credit profile, referencing an amount of R474 for my Onair account that was handed over to you and was paid off.. I do not recall owing this amount, and I kindly request that you provide details or supporting documentation regarding this account.
If no verifiable evidence can be provided, I respectfully request that this record be removed from my credit profile immediately, as it may be negatively impacting my credit standing.
Please confirm receipt of this message and inform me of any actions taken.
