Angry customer

I paid my Truworths account las week and decided to close it off. As we called they told us that we should call the following day for the settlement letter. We called and now they telling us that we gonna have to wait for 7 working days to receive the letter. I am angry cause I am in a process of switching bonds. No one can help or make a plan since the money shows on their system.
