Angry Client

I was using the Woolworth credit card and paid it off 2016 i dont remember which month or date but it was before October. My credit card was paid off and never used it after paying, the credit card expired in 2016 October. Mbd credit solutions says now i owe the card, please explain how do i owe the card that i didnt use after paying it off and had expired in 2016 October. Where does the R3000 that u say i owe comes from?
