MBD requested I get the paidup letter from Homechoice. I recieved the paidup letter and sent it to MBD to confirm that they recieved the letter and to confirm that they will no longer debit me, however I have been ignored by MBD. I am sick and tired of the ignorance I am recieving from MBD. It just goes to show they want to debite me again even though I have sent them the paidup letter.

What is the staff doing at MBD? Is it that hard to confirm?
