*********** AND MOST USELESS COMPANY!!!
I had a payment dispute that took almost 6 months to be resolved while you guys where busy debiting my account for the "Foschini group stores". I have settled my account. However, due to the your ***********, disgusting and inability to manage your turn-around time for responding to queries, you guys ended up over-debiting my account.
As pestering as you are when a person misses a payment, reciprocate the same energy when handling our queries. For the 100th time, please credit back the amount you over-debited from my account. I have sent you over 5 emails as it is already, so PLEASE!!!
