ALLEGED CELL C ACCOUNT

Aprox 10 years ago I had a Cell C contract which was cancelled after two years of duration. After cancellation Cel C said that we still owed them some money. We repeatadly requested statements from them, but they simply ignored the requests. So, we stopped paying them. Never heard from them again for more than seven years.<br> <br> Now, all of a sudden MBD Attorneys is claiming money from us. Several requests to them for statements and formal documentation was also simply ignored, but they keep on threatening us.<br> <br> In he meantime, during November 2014, I was sequestrated.
