Alleged Account Prescribed as per act 68 of 1969

Refering to my complaint on Hello Peter posted on the 10 December 2019. I am now fed up.

Alleged Account is prescribed as per Act 68 of 1969. But I still get calls, exct.

After countless times of e-mails I send to MBD to inform them that the alleged account has been prescribed according to act of 1969 they still keep on sending email, sms and keep on phoning. I requested also detailed account from them on when the account was opened and last paid, as per my right as per act of 1969. It seems to be that the call center agents are uneducated or just to stubborn to understand. Forward me a letter stating that the account has been closed and my name, if so, removed from ALL ITC'S as the alleged account is prescribed as per act of 1969, asap. Or I will be forced to contact all the mayor newspapers to inform everyone how pathetic the service is form MBD. Also stop phoning, sms'ing or e-mailing me. Also stop phoning me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is really pathetic. You have 5 working day's to do so or I will publish this in all mayor newspapers.
