Alleged Account is prescribed as per Act 68 of 1969. But I still get calls, exct.

After countless times of e-mails I send to MBD to inform them that the alleged account has been prescribed according to act of 1969 they still keep on sending email, sms and keep on phoning. I requested also detailed account from them on when the account was opened and last paid, as per my right as per act of 1969. It seems to be that the call center agents are uneducated or just to stubborn to understand. Forward me a letter stating that the account has been closed and my name, if so, removed from ALL ITC'S as the alleged account is prescribed as per act of 1969, asap. Or I will be forced to contact all the mayor newspapers to inform everyone how pathetic the service is form MBD. Also stop phoning, sms'ing or e-mailing me.

This is really pathetic. You have 5 working day's to do so or I will publish this in all mayor newspapers.

This complaint on Hello Peter was posted on the 10 December 2019. It is now January 2020. How long do you need to investigate? Close all the file's on my name which is with you and send back to your client. THIS ACCOUNTS ARE PRESCRIBED AS PER ACT 68 OF 1969. ALSO STOP PHONING ME IN THIS REGARD AND ALSO INFORM YOUR EMPLOYEE'S THAT THEY MUST NOT THINK THEY ARE CLEVER. YOU CAN ALSO NOT SEND ME A DETAILED STATEMENT WHICH SHOW FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE LAST TIME THE PAYMENT WAS MADE. WHICH I AM ENTITLED TO AS PER LAW. IF YOU DO NOT STOP WITH THIS NONSENSE THEN I AM FORCED TO CONTACT ALL THE MAYOR NEWSPAPERS AND GIVE THEM ALL THE PROOF O PUBLISH. I AM FED UP WITH MBD AND IT'S EMPLOYEE'S.

I GIVE YOU 24 HOURS AS FROM TODAY, 08 JANUARY 2020 OR I WILL CONTACT ALL MAYOR NEWSPAPERS.

ALSO STOP HARHASSING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
